Ministry of Public Health today announced the registration of 13 new confirmed cases of coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19) in the State of Qatar as well as 6 further cases of people who have recovered from the virus.
Most of the new cases of infection are related to travelers who recently arrived in the State of Qatar, including five cases of Qatari citizens, with others being expatriates. The newly infected cases have been admitted to complete health isolation, and they are receiving necessary medical care.
Ministry of Public Health also continues to research and investigate those in contact with new cases and to conduct the necessary checks for all citizens who have recently traveled into the country.
Ministry of Public Health announces the registration of 6 cases of recovery, including one for a Qatari citizen, bringing the total cases of recovery to 33 cases in the State of Qatar.
