The Ministry Of Public Health (MOPH) announced that 10 individuals who violated official home quarantine rules have been captured by authorities.
With the implementation of precautionary measures approved by health authorities representing the MOPH to curb the spread of coronavirus Covid-19, all individuals had committed to following required quarantine regulations.
The State Of Qatar calls all citizens and residents under home quarantine to commit to MOPH’s condition, ensuring safety for themselves and the safety of others around.
The statement published by MOPH stated anyone who violates the condition is subject to the penalties stated in article no. 253 of criminal law no. 11 of 2014, law no. 17 of 1990 on protection from infectious diseases, and law no. 17 of 2002 on protecting society.
