Centro Capital Doha, a 4-star property under Rotana Hotel Management Corporation yesterday partnered with Qatar Cancer Society to host an interactive panel session with 10 breast cancer survivors to support the cause of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Breast Cancer Awareness is celebrated globally every year during the month of October, and it is the most common type of cancer in Qatar. Centro Capital Doha held a session on the 20th of October where 10 breast cancer survivors shared their experiences and highlighted the importance of early detection.
Erik Guluta, General Manager at Centro Capital Doha said: “We are pleased to have Qatar Cancer Society with us to create awareness of Breast Cancer. As part of our corporate social responsibilities, we have joined the community to be part of the global Breast Cancer Awareness campaign to spread the word. We encourage everyone to take part in the initiative and support the cause.”

Qatar Cancer Society is a non-profit humanitarian charity founded in 1997. The organization dedicates to advocate those living with cancer in addition to engaging professional development and scientific research in the field of cancer.
