According to Qatar’s Meteorology Department, it has been stated that rain and thunder are expected today throughout Qatar.
A warning has also been issued for thundershowers, strong winds and high seas in offshore areas. Residents should avoid marine activities due to the intensity of the high tides and wind.
The detailed forecast report says that wind speeds can go up to 25 knots both inshore and offshore areas during thunderstorms, in addition to the sea level rising up to 7 ft.
There will be signs of cloudy skies and a chance of rain in some areas in Qatar.
