Here are three delicious and detoxifying smoothie recipes you can try out this summer:
- Glowing green detox smoothie
Take 1 kiwi, 1 banana, ¼ cup pineapple, 2 celery stalks, 2 cups spinach and 1 cup water. Add all ingredients to the blender except water. Slowly add the water after blending the others, to your consistency of choice.
- Apple berry smoothie
Take 1 cup mixed berries like raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries, 1 large apple, 2 cups spinach and 1 cup of water. Blend all these ingredients and you’ve made a refreshing apple berry smoothie that tastes YUM!
- Pineapple banana smoothie
Take 1 cup pineapple, 1 banana, 1 apple, 2 cups spinach and 1 cup of water. Blend all these in a mixer and voila – you have some delicious pineapple banana goodness.
