The Ministry Of Interior (MOI) announced that four people were arrested in Qatar for violating the ban on public gatherings.
“The competent authorities in the Ministry of Interior arrested four persons, who violated the decision to prevent gatherings in public places. As a video was circulated showing the persons at Al-Maroona beach, the information was confirmed by authorities and they were arrested. They along with those who photographed them were referred to the prosecution.” MOI tweeted on their official Twitter account.
MOI calls on citizens and residents to abide by decisions to prevent public gatherings for their own safety and that of others from spreading the coronavirus.
