Four Seasons Hotel Doha will close from June 15th onwards to make way for refurbishment of the luxury property. The design will be inspired by Qatari heritage and reflect upon the significant progression of the country.
Once the property reopens, guests can enjoy:
- Redesigned bedrooms, suites and guest floors
- An elegantly-enhanced lobby
- Redesigned Seasons Tea Lounge, with a new outdoor terrace
- Refreshed Arabica Café with enhanced al-fresco dining
- A brand-new signature restaurant
Jeff Rednour, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Doha said: “I’m tremendously excited about the opportunities this renovation gives Four Seasons Hotel Doha to further strengthen our ties with the local community here in Qatar. It will enable us to progress at a time when the country itself is moving forward at such an incredible pace. The needs of travellers in the Middle East are changing. We’ve listened to what our guests want and believe much of that will be incorporated with this refurbishment, which will allow the Hotel to face the future with confidence. We’re thrilled to see the Hotel evolve, while retaining its core traditions.”
Highly-acclaimed interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon is leading the renovation project, having successfully worked with the Four Seasons in various locations such as France and Italy. The renovated bedrooms will consist of the latest technology and will also feature traditional Qatari decorative elements, for instance, the Mother of Pearl. The overall style and ambience will focus on the concept where classic meets contemporary. More details will be revealed over the coming months.
