If you want to start your fitness journey the right way you have come to the right place.

1) Focus On The WHY

Once you connect with your inner desire of WHY you truly want to start your fitness journey, it will be more difficult for you to quit. It could be anything – from wanting to value your health to looking your best self.

Setting a specific goal is also another way to connect with your WHY. That way, if you temporarily stop working out it will be easier for you to get back to it by refocusing on why you started in the first place. For example, specify how much weight you are planning to lose and how many months you will take roughly to achieve your goal.

2) Create Your Own Exercise Calendar

Dedicating a time slot for working out is the only way you will stick to working out. Keep trying different workouts until you find the ones you like then add them to your calendar. If you choose to do an exercise that you HATE, then chances are you will avoid it in the future, and fail to stick to a workout routine.

In case you have an unpredictable schedule, create your calendar – but without tying your workouts to a specific time or day. Plan them weekly instead.

3) Improve Your Diet

Studies show that exercising without following a healthy diet will not allow your body to improve. Which is one of the main reasons why people do not see results from working out, so they end up quitting.

If you begin your fitness journey by focusing solely on exercise, you will not be able to lose weight. Instead, your body will feel hungry due to the lack of nutrition and fiber that is supposed to make you feel full and satisfied. While dieting can seem daunting to many people, starting with small steps will be the best approach.

For example, you can start introducing more vegetables to your daily meals. Also, replacing white rice with brown rice will help you stay full and satisfied longer. Likewise, you can start baking your food instead of frying it. Finally, incorporate Superfoods into your diet to boost your energy!
