Make Refreshing Summer Mocktails At Home!

This Summer, try some refreshing and fruity mocktail recipes that are flavourful and blended to perfection. Here are three delicious mocktail recipes that you can make at home!

  • Mojito mocktail

You’ll need 1 tbsp of sugar, juice of 3 limes, a handful of mint and some soda water. Muddle the sugar with leaves from the mint using a pestle and mortar (or use a small bowl and the end of a rolling pin). Put a handful of crushed ice into the glass. Add the lime juice to the glass with the mint mix. Add a straw and top up with soda water.

  • Summer cup mocktail

You’ll need some slices of cucumber, a handful of mint, few frozen red berries, sparkling lemonade and some ice. Chop the cucumber and mint into small pieces. Add the mint and cucumber to some water. Add a small handful of frozen berries, let them defrost for a minute, then crush them lightly with the back of a spoon. Strain the mixture. Pour your strained mixture into a tall glass. Add a handful of ice and top up with lemonade. Garnish with whatever chopped fruit you like or some more frozen berries and mint leaves if you have them. Stir gently to combine.

  • Goji berry & raspberry mocktail

You’ll need some goji berries, frozen raspberries, a small piece of ginger – peeled and finely grated, honey, crushed ice, a small handful each of fresh raspberries and mint. Tip the goji berries, raspberries and ginger into a large jug. Pour over boiling water and leave to cool. Transfer to the fridge to infuse for at least 2 hrs, or overnight. Strain through a sieve into a clean jug, then sweeten with the honey. Fill your glasses with the ice, pour over the drink and garnish with the fresh berries and mint.

We hope you enjoy these refreshing summer mocktail recipes!
