The Ministry Of Interior (MOI) released a statement on their official Twitter account stating that most services of the Expatriates Affairs Department are now available on the Metrash2 mobile application and the official MOI website, so the expatriate’s community can access it easily.
“Most of the services of the Expatriates Affairs Department are now available on Metrash2 mobile app or the website of the Ministry. You can get it from anywhere at any time easily.” MOI tweeted.
You can now complete many services of the Expatriates Affairs Department without visiting the service centers personally, such as:
- Residence permit renewal
- Residence permit cancellation
- Extension of entry permits (visas)
- Recruitment approvals
- Changing passport details
- Return permit
- Replace lost or damaged ID card
- Certificates
