- For your body and mental health, it is important to get enough sleep during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
- Limit your watch and follow-up to coronavirus related news on social media and try to practice cultural or religious activities at home instead, during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
- Staying at home during the epidemic and fasting during Ramadan does not keep you away from practising light exercises at home to maintain your mental and body health.
