Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has issued changes in the policies of visitors to its facilities and hospitals, as part of efforts to tackle and curb the spread of the coronavirus.

Including the new restrictions for visitors in HMC health facilities, it is currently totally prohibited to visit Hazm Mebaireek General Hospital, Mesaieed Hospital, the Cuban Hospital, all facilities of the Enaya Specialized Care Center, and all that have been classified as treatment facilities for coronavirus patients.
The other HMC facilities will be available for visitors, with visiting hours between 12 noon until 8 pm, with one visitor allowed per visit for a maximum period of 15 minutes.
HMC also stressed the need for visitors to adhere to health facility regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment and be committed to sterilizing hands.
