Qatar Meteorology Department reported that marine warning of thundery rain continues today until afternoon. According to the latest observations, the wave height ranges between 2-4 ft and is expected to rise to 7 ft with thundery rain.
Partly cloudy weather across the country with a chance of light rain at some places, marine warning of thundery rain is expected to continue, maximum temperature expected in Doha.
The departments warn everyone to be safe as there will be occasional thunderstorm rain, which may be accompanied by hail and hail winds.
The weather department also warns everyone to avoid all marine activities. The highest rainfall amount recorded so far is 5.1 mm in Um Bab. Chance of scattered thundery rain expected to continue tonight may be accompanied by strong wind and hail at times.
