Accomplished chefs from Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group’s Turkey hotels Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul and Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum are embarking on an exciting journey in February to introduce the delicious tastes of Turkish cuisine at Mandarin Oriental, Doha. During the three day promotion from 3 to 5 February 2022, the chefs will delight guests with their culmination of knowledge and experience of Turkish cuisine, famous for its varieties and diversity.
Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul’s Sous Chef Yusuf Kizilirmak and Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum’s Junior Sous Chef Ali Akkaya will be offering traditional Turkish mezes such as kisir, haydari, humus and atom, dishes prepared with olive oil and slow braised beef ribs or oven roasted lamb loin as main courses besides world famous Turkish desserts like baklava, helva and rice pudding to the guests’ liking on 3-4-5 February 2022.
Fitting to the chefs theme of travel and cultural exchange, Mandarin Oriental, Doha is set to welcome Chef Yusuf and Chef Ali to Mosaic restaurant which provides guests with an experiential dining experience with dishes from the ancient Silk Route from exotic destinations in Asia, Middle East and Europe prepared in nine live cooking stations. Mosaic will take guests on a stop along the Silk Route to Turkey for a truly unforgettable journey of diverse culinary flavours.
Guests who dine at Mosaic restaurant for this experience will have the opportunity to enter in a lucky draw. The winners will be granted a two night accommodation at Mandarin Oriental Bodrum and a two night accommodation at Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul.
